Our Team

Heike has graduated from Charles Sturt University in 2014 and returned to Icaria Health in 2024. Heike has extensive experience across a wide range of settings including in-patient rehabilitation, neurological physiotherapy, and brain injury rehabilitation. Heike is passionate about client focused service delivery by providing goal focused intervention.

Heike grew up in Germany but has been calling Albury home since 2006. She enjoys skiing in winter and walking her dog along the Murray all year around.

Angela is dedicated to facilitating the provision of exemplary allied health services within the local community, aiding individuals with age-related changes and disabilities to realise their aspirations through team support, governance, and adherence to service and funding standards.

With a career spanning back to 2008, Angela has garnered extensive experience in senior clinical positions across diverse service environments, assuming leadership and management roles, as well as contributing to advisory and advocacy initiatives. Her passion lies in collaborating with her team to ensure the delivery of best-practice services while fostering leadership both within her own responsibilities and among her peers. Currently pursuing a Masters in Leadership, Angela is committed to continuous professional development and supporting this within the team.

In her capacity as Operations Manager, Angela provides invaluable management oversight, supervision, and mentorship, nurturing the growth of team leaders and fostering the holistic development of the entire team.

Beyond her professional endeavours, Angela is a mother of three, enjoys sport, travel, exploring culinary delights, fine wine, and maintaining an active lifestyle.

Liesa joined Icaria Health in 2018 to help provide leadership and guidance to our physiotherapy services.

Liesa has 30 years experience working in a variety of settings, with her passions  being neurological rehabilitation and aged care. Liesa has a passion for improving service delivery, highlighted by her obtaining a Master of Gerontology through Charles Sturt University.

Liesa is a fun-loving and hard working team member, that always brings a smile to everyone she interacts with!

Julie grew up in the local area and obtained her degree at Charles Sturt University in 2003. 

Julie joined Icaria in 2021. Prior to this, Julie worked in rural communities in Gippsland for 18 years, as an OT and Regional Assessment Service assessor. Julie is a caring and considerate professional who is passionate about enabling others to be as independent as possible and get the most out of life.

Outside of work, Julie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, gardening and walking her dog. 

Emily was born and bred in the local area and  completed her OT degree at CSU, graduating in 2015.

Emily has worked in various residential aged care facilities, community therapy, and workplace rehabilitation in various NSW locations. Emily enjoys hearing the life stories of others and is passionate about working with the elderly population and people of all ages with the aim to improve their quality of life and maintain their independence at home for as long as possible.

Emily enjoys playing sports on weekend including women’s football and softball as well as travelling the world and spending time with family and friends.

Nick is a Senior Speech Pathologist with over 15 years’ experience working with adults across Melbourne and the Albury–Wodonga region. He has extensive experience supporting adults with swallowing and communication impairments across a range of clinical and community settings.

He is highly skilled in supporting individuals with Parkinson’s disease, including the management of associated communication and swallowing difficulties. Nick is trained in both LSVT and SPEAK OUT!® therapy programs. He also has a strong clinical interest in swallowing and communication difficulties associated with functional neurological disorder. 

He is passionate about improving quality of life through meaningful therapy and ensuring that each person’s voice is heard, respected and supported.

Brittanie obtained her degree at Charles Sturt University in 2015 and has a passion for working in the disability sector with both Adults.

She also has extensive experience working within the Assistive Technology, Home Modifications and Suitable Disability Accommodation Assessments, helping people to improve their social engagement, goal achievement, outlook, living environments and overall functioning.

Brittanie is a country girl at heart and enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves both watching and participating in sports, with tennis being a particular sport of interest.

Sabrina graduated from Charles Sturt University in 2017 and joined Icaria Health in January 2019.

Sabrina is originally from a farm in a small rural community and began her career in early intervention working with young children and their families before joining the Icarian team.

Sabrina is a kind and caring clinician, passionate about working with individuals to achieve their goals and best possible quality of life. Having grown up in a small community, Sabrina has a particular interest in working in rural communities and providing services to those who otherwise would not have access to healthcare. As a result of this ambition, Sabrina is now providing fulltime services to people in the Berrigan Shire and the surrounding regions – and loving it!

Away from work, Sabrina enjoys being active, playing netball, playing guitar and spending time with friends and family.

Chlorissa obtained her Occupational Therapy Degree at Charles Sturt University in 2015 and over the last 6 years has developed a special interest in assistive technology assessment and complex home modifications.

Chlorissa is passionate about helping clients achieve their occupational goals and in particular providing them with skills and opportunities to enhance their independence and live a fulfilling life.

Chlorissa grew up in the local area and enjoys spending time outdoors with her family. Chlorissa enjoys cooking wholesome food, and in particular food that focuses on maintaining a healthy gut. Chlorissa loves exercising and is addicted to reformer pilates!

Joanne is a dedicated physiotherapist who graduated from Charles Sturt University in 2014. With a rich background in private practice, she has worked across a wide spectrum of clinical settings, including acute sports injuries, general musculoskeletal care, aged care, hydrotherapy, Pilates, hospital-based rehabilitation, and post-operative recovery.

Her approach is rooted in a deep passion for helping people create meaningful change through movement. Joanne believes in empowering her clients with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to take charge of their health and well-being.

When she’s not in the clinic, Joanne enjoys life’s adventures with her young family. You’ll often find her hiking scenic trails, skiing down snowy slopes, or hitting the pavement for a run.

Laura completed her Physiotherapy degree at Charles Sturt University in 2016, and joined the Icaria Health team in 2020 after recently moving back to the area after working as a Physiotherapist in Melbourne and the Gold Coast.

Laura has a wide range of experiences, including working in residential aged care, community aged care, and community rehabilitation. She is a caring therapist who is passionate about working with the geriatric population, with the aim to improve their quality of life and allow them to be independent at home for as long as possible.

Outside of work Laura enjoys exercising and spending quality time with friends and family.

Physiotherapist at Icaria Health with clinical experience since 2021 and a background supporting people with disability since 2017. Areas of interest include neurological rehabilitation, with additional experience in paediatrics and aged care.

Shan (Shanae) is a Physiotherapist at Icaria Health. She has been working in the field since 2024 and is passionate about supporting people to be the best version of themselves, living independent and fulfilled lives.

Shan’s areas of interest include neuro rehabilitation and geriatrics, and she enjoys being part of a team that values creativity, connection, and community.

Outside of work, Shan loves all things adrenaline, competitive horse-riding, water skiing, or snowboarding and fuelling herself for that with an abundance of coffee! 

Sarah graduated with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy from Charles Sturt University in 2023 and joined Icaria Health in 2024 as part of their new graduate program. 

Sarah is passionate about rural health and supporting clients to live healthy and fulfilling lives for as long as possible. Sarah loves getting to know her clients and the supports around them, working collaboratively to build a greater quality of life. Sarah comes with work place experiences in the NDIS and geriatric wards, and previously worked as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner. 

When Sarah is not at work, she enjoys going for walks, spending time with friends, gardening, and playing board games. You can often find Sarah finding people (and animals) to befriend!

Isabella graduated with a Bachelor of Speech and Language Pathology in 2023 and started as an Allied Health Assistant at Icaria Health in October 2023.

Isabella is passionate about empowering individuals to achieve their functional communication goals. Guided by each person’s own priorities and personal values, Isabella works to promote independence, autonomy and strengthen self-identity. With a special interest in high‑tech augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), Isabella supports people in discovering innovative ways to express themselves.

Isabella has a particular passion for working in the brain injury space, where she provides capacity‑building interventions in cognitive communication and delivers evidence‑based aphasia therapy. Her approach is grounded in person‑centred care, empowering individuals to build confidence, connect meaningfully, and participate fully in everyday life.

Holly is a seasoned physiotherapist with 10 years of dedicated experience working with the aging population. Her passion for healthy aging is evident in her compassionate approach and her commitment to enhancing the quality of life for her clients.

Holly thrives in helping individuals maintain their independence and rediscover the activities that bring them joy. She takes pride in providing holistic, person-centered, goal-directed therapy, getting to know each person to tailor her care to their unique needs.

Outside of her professional life, Holly enjoys spending time with her children, cheering on the Sydney Swans, and embarking on beachside caravan trips.

Graduated with a Bachelor of Health and Rehabilitation Science at CSU in 2022, completed a Diploma of Exercise Studies at CSU in 2023 and have completed a Masters of Clinical Exercise Science and Rehabilitation at Victoria University in 2024.

Growing up in a regional town she has a passion for providing health education, support and implementing exercise to promote rehabilitation for the broader community. She has experience in various health and fitness and public health settings. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family, dogs, hiking, traveling, and working on home DIY projects. “I love being able to help people live a fulfilling life.”

Marcus was born and raised in Myrtleford and completed his Occupational Therapy degree at CSU graduating in 2024.

Marcus has been apart of many sporting associations with various roles ranging of volunteering to help set up for game days and finding sponsorships to player as well. Marcus enjoys working in teams environment to support others to be able to reach their goals and fulfill their potential. Marcus enjoys working with ages across the life span with the aim to improve their quality of life build their independence to be able to do the things they need and want.

Graduated with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy from Charles Sturt University in 2024 and joined Icaria Health’s new graduate program in 2025. She has gained workplace learning experience in acute care, youth mental health, and private practice.

Driven by a passion for helping others, Molly pursued a career in allied health to support individuals in achieving their goals and enhancing their overall quality of life.

Outside of work, Molly enjoys spending time with family and friends, exercising and exploring local coffee shops.

Graduated with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours) from the Australian Catholic University in 2024 and joined Icaria Health in 2025 as part of their new graduate program. Olivia has workplace learning in NDIS, acute care, community health and rural and remote communities with one of her placements being in Carnarvon Western Australia!

Olivia is passionate about working with clients to participate in activities and life roles that are meaningful to them. Olivia’s Honours research thesis sparked a special interest in supporting older adults with dementia to live their best quality of life.

When not at work Olivia enjoys being active through running and Pilates and enjoys going camping and hiking in nature.

Rebecca graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Canberra in 2025.

Rebecca joined Icaria Health in 2026 as part of the new graduate program, with previous experiences in hospital inpatient and outpatient departments, private practice, and community care.

Rebecca enjoys building connections with participants and working with them to achieve their goals, including striving to help participants enjoy their everyday lives through pain management and exercise prescription. When not at work, Rebecca enjoys crocheting, reading, keeping active and eating good food.

Kiara graduated with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy from Charles Sturt University in 2025 and joined Icaria Health as part of their 2026 new graduate program in the Adults team. Kiara has a particular interest in home modifications and equipment prescription to support participants to remain safe and independent while achieving their goals. When not at work, Kiara enjoys going to the gym, trying new sports, and playing board or card games.

Prue graduated with a Masters of Speech Pathology from Charles Sturt University in 2025 and joined Icaria’s new graduate program in 2026. Prue has a background in allied health (Medical Imaging) and has lived and worked across Australia. Prue is passionate about supporting all forms of communication and has a personal interest in Dysphagia (difficulty swallowing). When not at work you will find Prue spending time with her husband and 2 children, enjoying the river and exploring the surrounding regions.

Brad joined Icaria health in 2021 as an Allied health Assistant.

Brad has 11 years experience in the health field as an AHA, firstly in an aged care setting prior to joining the team here at Icaria Health. Brad is fun loving and well respected part of the team.

Brad loves to put a smile on all his participants faces during our session together. When he is not at work, you may Brad riding his bike, working in the garden or going four wheel driving.

Lauren completed a Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance in 2022 through Wodonga TAFE. During her studies, Lauren completed a placement at Icaria Health, which led to her joining the Icaria team.

Lauren has always enjoyed helping people and bringing a smile to their face. She really enjoys the scope of her work role and loves to make a positive difference on people.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys staying active, which includes going snowboarding during winter and wakeboarding in summer. Lauren also loves spending time with her friends and family as well as with her pets. 

Piper joined Icaria Health in 2022 after completing her university placement with the team and thoroughly enjoying being a part of the services that Icaria provides.

Piper completed a Bachelor of Health and Rehabilitation Science through Charles Sturt University in 2022. Piper enjoys working at Icaria, as her Allied Health Assistant role is expanding her knowledge in all things allied health, and she she aspires to become a physiotherapist in the future. With Piper’s bubbly personality, she creates an environment for her participants that is joyful, fun and bring a smile to their faces.

Outside of work, Piper loves her netball and is umpiring in the O&M league. She also loves to travel and would one day like to visit all parts of Europe.

I’ve been working in the field since 2018, and I’m passionate about all things food, especially building healthy family support networks at mealtimes.

My areas of interest include fussy eating and ARFID, gastrointestinal health and growth maintenance. My favourite aspect of working at Icaria is our strong emphasis on community and family values as well as our team culture and ability to work from an interdisciplinary approach.

Outside of work, I enjoy running, cooking, reading and all things sport.

Peter established Icaria Health in 2010 and has had great pleasure expanding services over the last few years, and is a passionate physiotherapist, researcher and educator.

Peter has completed multiple post-graduate certificates in Aged Care, including a Masters in Gerontology. Peter has published research on Fear of Falling and continues to maintain sessional roles at Charles Sturt University.

Away from work, Peter enjoys spending time with his wife and four kids and is a passionate AFL, cricket, basketball and tennis supporter.

Sophy is a Registered Nurse, a trained Counsellor and a registered Primary School Teacher. She is passionate about supporting our people to support our community.

Sophy invests her time into nurturing and developing the positive culture at Icaria helping the team to develop and grow. She ensures our staff have the information and systems required to provide the best services to our clientele. Her focus is on implementing strategies to enhance the experience of our staff and our community members including clients, families, referrers and other organisations. To Sophy, it is all about the people, it always has been – the people within and the people around.

She does all of this whilst enjoying her four young children and staying fit and active!

Jess has 12 years experience working within the paediatric field with a passion for supporting families and their children to achieve their goals. Jess feels strongly that all children should have access to a variety of opportunities within their homes and communities.

Jess is supportive and caring and is always willing to lend a helping hand.

With more than 13 years of experience as an Exercise Physiologist, Sheree has collaborated within multidisciplinary teams to support children, adults and families in achieving their goals. Her broad expertise spans a wide variety of conditions, and she is passionate about the philosophy that exercise is medicine. A skilled and dedicated Team Leader, Sheree thrives in guiding a dynamic team of enthusiastic paediatric allied health and education professionals. Beyond work, she enjoys cheering on her children’s sporting pursuits and maintaining an active, healthy lifestyle.

Miranda is a Senior Speech Pathologist within the Icaria paediatric team. She is passion about family centred practices and supporting families to reach their children’s individual goals.  She believes in a fun, dynamic, and highly interactive approach to help children with a range of communication and swallowing difficulties. 

Miranda has experience in working children who have a range of complex communication difficulties and has pursued additional training around paediatric feeding. She feels the kids she works with teach her to look and listen more, to be grateful for the tiniest of positive changes and to expect the unexpected! 

Kelsey joined the Icaria team in 2018, having worked over the last 8 years in both disability and Occupational Rehabilitation settings.

Kelsey brings a wide range of knowledge, experience and enthusiasm to our team! Kelsey grew up in a rural area and moved to Albury ten years ago, hence she is passionate about making sure people in rural and regional centres have access to quality healthcare.

Away from work, Kelsey enjoys staying active and healthy, as well as spending time with her family and friends.

Nerida is an Occupational Therapist at Icaria Health with 15 years of experience in the field. She has recently transitioned into paediatrics and is passionate about helping people live more independently and confidently in their everyday lives.

Her areas of interest include paediatrics, neuro rehabilitation, and working collaboratively with families. Nerida loves being part of a team that values creativity, connection, and community.

Outside of work, she enjoys a morning swim or run followed by coffee, playing just about every sport, and spending time outdoors with her kids and dog.

Aimee is a Speech Pathologist with the Icaria Paediatric team. She graduated from La Trobe University in 2021 and has since worked in the private practice sector, supporting children and their families.

Aimee is passionate about early intervention and providing family-centered practice. She enjoys collaborating with families to set meaningful goals and follows children’s creative leads to make sessions fun and engaging.

Outside of work, Aimee enjoys playing netball on weekends and spending time with her family and friends.

Mikaela graduated with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy from Charles Sturt University in 2022 and joined Icaria Health, as part of their new graduate program in 2023.

Mikaela is driven to understand her clients and what is important to them, to assist with enabling meaningful engagement in everyday activities.

Mikaela is outgoing and loves socialising and spending time with her family. During Mikaela’s spare time she enjoys seeing friends, reformer Pilates and loves stand up paddle boarding and the occasional indulgence in online shopping.

Kasey has been in the Early Childhood Industry for over 20 yrs. Working with children aged 0-8 years old across long day-care settings, Kindergarten and early Primary School settings.

Kasey completed her Diploma of Children’s Services in 2007, achieved a Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood Education) from the University of New England in 2015 and with her yearn for learning, completed a Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance (speech) in 2022.

Kasey looks forward to working collaboratively with families, therapists and services to ensure inclusive practices are followed by encouraging a Play based approach and seeing all children as capable and competent learners and helping them to meet goals, supporting families with school readiness and effective transition to school.

Aimee is a Physiotherapist with the Paediatric and Residential Aged Teams at Icaria Health.

Graduating in 2022 With a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Charles Sturt University, Aimee has gained valuable experience working at Westmead Children’s Hospital in Sydney, specialising in paediatric care, before moving back to the region to work in geriatrics and NDIS.

Aimee brings a passionate and fun approach to therapy, challenging young and old to push boundaries and grow confidence through achieving their goals.

Outside of work, Aimee is an avid outdoor enthusiast, enjoying martial arts, mountain biking, hiking, and exploring the great outdoors. Her active lifestyle complements her commitment to promoting physical health and well-being across the lifespan.

Alice completed her Bachelor of Speech and Language Pathology in 2019 at Charles Sturt University here in Albury. Alice joined Icaria Health in January 2021 to pursue her passion of working with paediatric clients, their families and support networks.

Alice particularly likes working as part of a collaborative team and has in interest in paediatric feeding, as well as ensuring all participants have their right to communicate. Alice has experience administering assessments, implementing Alternative and Augmentative Communication and play into her therapy. 

Alice loves to have a chat and can often be heard around the office lending a helping hand to others. Outside of work, Alice enjoys spending time with family and friends. 

Ashleigh joined the Icaria team in 2025 through the new graduate program, having graduated from Charles Sturt University with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy in 2024. During her studies, Ashleigh discovered a passion for working with paediatrics and gained valuable experience in acute care, community health, aged care, school, and private settings.

Ashleigh is dedicated to working closely with participants and their families to achieve their goals, whether big or small. She enjoys making sessions fun and creative to meet participants’ needs and keep them engaged throughout.

Outside of work, Ashleigh stays active by playing netball, going for walks or runs, and spending time with family and friends.

Maddy is a Speech-Language Pathologist who graduated with a Bachelor of Speech and Language Pathology from Charles Sturt University in 2021. Passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of others, Maddy joined Icaria Health in January of 2024.

With training in Hanen More Than Words and Gestalt Language Processing, Maddy is equipped with the skills to provide comprehensive support to individuals and families. They thrive on the opportunity to collaborate with families, empowering them to achieve their goals. 

Meg joined Icaria Health at the beginning of 2022 within our new graduate program after completing a 7 week placement with Icaria Health in 2020. 

Meg grew up in rural Upper Murray Victoria and is passionate about providing an accessible service to individuals living in rural and remote areas of Australia. Meg is currently completing a Diploma of Rural Generalist Practice and is linked in with Services for Australian Rural and Remote Allied Health (SARRAH) to facilitate her passion for providing allied health services for rural communities in a accessible and sustainable means.

In her free time, you will find Meg camping, kayaking, on her paddle board or anything outdoors in nature, playing netball and spending time with her much loved dogs.

Meg graduated with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy from Charles Sturt University in 2023 and joined Icaria Health in 2024 as part of their new graduate program. During her studies, Meg undertook placement experiences in acute mental health, private practice, acute care and community health.

Meg pursued a career in health as she enjoys connecting with people and working alongside them to meet their goals and is looking forward to forging positive relationships with her participants and families and helping improve their lives.

In her spare time, Meg enjoys spending time with family and friends, baking, and walking her dog, Humphrey.

Tahlia graduated from Southern Cross University on the Gold Coast in 2019. She has worked with both adults and paediatrics in private practice in QLD since and recently moved to the Albury-Wodonga region. Tahlia joined Icaria Health in 2025.

Tahlia works with a family-centred approach and is passionate about supporting her clients and their families to achieve their unique potentials and engage in meaningful occupations.

A client once said to her “practice makes progress” and this is a phrase that has stuck with her over the years as a reminder to strive for progress not perfection.

Away from work, Tahlia enjoys getting outdoors with her family, Pilates, learning new crafts on her Cricut and taking family trips to the snow.  

Grace graduated with a Master of Speech Pathology from the University of Melbourne in 2025. She joined Icaria Health as part of their new graduate program in 2026, with experiences in private practices, acute care and rehabilitation settings.

Grace completed a Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics from La Trobe University and has a passion for helping participants achieve their speech and language goals.

When she’s not hiking, vintage shopping, or sewing, Grace can be found exploring new restaurants and food spots. 

Bec recently graduated from Charles Sturt University with a Master of Speech Pathology.

Before coming to Icaria, Bec worked in Australia and Asia as a teacher and in pastoral care. She enjoys working with children, youth and their families. Bec loves building connections with people and seeing them beam with delight at the fun they’re having as they meet their goals.

When she’s not at work, Bec loves hanging out with her husband and kids, playing word games, doing quizzes and trivia, drinking good coffee and baking.

Nicole graduated with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy from Charles Sturt University in 2025. She has been part of the Icaria Health team since 2021, initially working within the administration team before progressing into the New Graduate Program in 2026.

Nicole’s workplace learning experiences span a variety of settings including school‑based practice, subacute geriatric evaluation and management, acute care and mental health. Nicole is passionate about building strong rapport with participants and working collaboratively with families to support meaningful goal achievement.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with family and friends, swimming laps, playing the guitar and passionately supporting the Richmond Tigers.

Peter established Icaria Health in 2010 and has had great pleasure expanding services over the last few years, and is a passionate physiotherapist, researcher and educator.

Peter has completed multiple post-graduate certificates in Aged Care, including a Masters in Gerontology. Peter has published research on Fear of Falling and continues to maintain sessional roles at Charles Sturt University.

Away from work, Peter enjoys spending time with his wife and four kids and is a passionate AFL, cricket, basketball and tennis supporter.

Sophy is a Registered Nurse, a trained Counsellor and a registered Primary School Teacher. She is passionate about supporting our people to support our community.

Sophy invests her time into nurturing and developing the positive culture at Icaria helping the team to develop and grow. She ensures our staff have the information and systems required to provide the best services to our clientele. Her focus is on implementing strategies to enhance the experience of our staff and our community members including clients, families, referrers and other organisations. To Sophy, it is all about the people, it always has been – the people within and the people around.

She does all of this whilst enjoying her four young children and staying fit and active!

Ashleigh was accepted into the role of Administration Officer at Icaria Health in July 2023 and advanced to Executive Assistant in November 2024, reflecting her dedication and growth within the team. Since joining Icaria Health, Ashleigh has loved helping participants and families understand how we can support their child, guiding them through NDIS plans and service agreements, and celebrating their wins at reception.

Ashleigh has completed a Certificate IV in Leadership and Management and a Social Media Content Marketing course, marking exciting milestones in her career. With a background in the beauty industry spanning seven years and experience as a boarding house supervisor, she brings creativity, precision, and strong organisational skills to her role. She is passionate about improving processes and creating positive experiences for participants and families.

Outside of work, Ashleigh enjoys reformer Pilates, weekend adventures, exploring new eateries, listening to motivating podcasts, and is currently loving her new puppy mum life.

Jess started with Icaria in August 2023, previously she has worked mostly in administration and has experience supervising and leading a team. She is passionate about helping people and enjoys being able to assist the team with helping people achieve their goals.

Away from work Jess enjoys spending time with her family, friends and her two border collies. She enjoys travelling, outdoor adventures and staying fit.

Sally started at Icaria Health in April 2024 after returning home from living up the NSW coast. Whilst Sally has gathered her knowledge from many industries over her working career in Administration and Accounts, she is enjoying the challenge of learning NDIS/Allied Service procedures. Sally enjoys assisting participants, families and collaborating with internal and external colleagues to help make a positive difference for people’s lives.

Away from Icaria Health, Sally loves spending time with her family and friends, gardening, tending to her large vegetable garden and swimming with her grandchildren.

Bethany grew up on a farm, where she developed a strong interest in being outdoors and hands-on, especially during harvest time. Over the last three years, Bethany has worked in schools, gaining valuable experience both in the office and the classroom.

Outside of work, she enjoys staying active by playing netball and cherishes spending time with family and friends. Her diverse experiences have shaped her into someone who values hard work, community, and the simple things in life.

Tahlia graduated from Xavier Catholic College in 2025 and has spent her whole life in Albury and the surrounding areas with family. Tahlia aspires to bring a positive and happy energy into the workplace and enjoys having a good chat—especially if it’s about your pets!

With her past 4 years of experience working at Jindera Veterinary Clinic, Tahlia values communication and collaboration both within her work and outside.

Being in a positive and uplifting environment is something Tahlia values deeply, and working alongside such amazing people has made her beginning at Icaria Health a fantastic experience so far.

Outside of work, Tahlia enjoys going for walks, playing games with her three dogs, or swimming at the weir or river while spending time with friends.
