Justine Waite

Speech Pathologist

Justine graduated with a Bachelor of Speech Pathology from Charles Sturt University in 2014. Justine joined the Icaria Health team in March 2024.

Justine has worked in a range of settings from paediatrics to aged care and as an Early Childhood Coordinator, supporting families of children to access the NDIS. Justine is also a Hanen certified Speech Language Pathologist for It Takes Two to Talk.

Justine enjoys working closely with children, their families, and their support networks to find their voice and be the best version of themselves. She believes therapy should be fun, and family centred.

Outside of work, Justine enjoys going for walks and staying active, spending time with family and friends, gardening, and cooking.
