Ashleigh was accepted into the role of Administration Officer at Icaria Health in July 2023 and advanced to Executive Assistant in November 2024, reflecting her dedication and growth within the team. Since joining Icaria Health, Ashleigh has loved helping participants and families understand how we can support their child, guiding them through NDIS plans and service agreements, and celebrating their wins at reception.
Ashleigh has completed a Certificate IV in Leadership and Management and a Social Media Content Marketing course, marking exciting milestones in her career. With a background in the beauty industry spanning seven years and experience as a boarding house supervisor, she brings creativity, precision, and strong organisational skills to her role. She is passionate about improving processes and creating positive experiences for participants and families.
Outside of work, Ashleigh enjoys reformer Pilates, weekend adventures, exploring new eateries, listening to motivating podcasts, and is currently loving her new puppy mum life.
Jess started with Icaria in August 2023, previously she has worked mostly in administration and has experience supervising and leading a team. She is passionate about helping people and enjoys being able to assist the team with helping people achieve their goals.
Away from work Jess enjoys spending time with her family, friends and her two border collies. She enjoys travelling, outdoor adventures and staying fit.
Nicole has loved living her entire life in Albury.
She has spent the last three years working at Muffin Break Albury. After graduating high school through a challenging year of 2020, Nicole has further challenged herself by joining the Icaria Health Team. Nicole enjoys her role in admin at Icaria Health as she loves working as a team and continuously learning new things.
Away from Icaria Health, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to the gym, playing her guitar, and watching her Richmond Tigers win their last three premierships on repeat.
Sally started at Icaria Health in April 2024 after returning home from living up the NSW coast. Whilst Sally has gathered her knowledge from many industries over her working career in Administration and Accounts, she is enjoying the challenge of learning NDIS/Allied Service procedures. Sally enjoys assisting participants, families and collaborating with internal and external colleagues to help make a positive difference for people’s lives.
Away from Icaria Health, Sally loves spending time with her family and friends, gardening, tending to her large vegetable garden and swimming with her grandchildren.
Bethany grew up on a farm, where she developed a strong interest in being outdoors and hands-on, especially during harvest time. Over the last three years, Bethany has worked in schools, gaining valuable experience both in the office and the classroom.
Outside of work, she enjoys staying active by playing netball and cherishes spending time with family and friends. Her diverse experiences have shaped her into someone who values hard work, community, and the simple things in life.
Tahlia graduated from Xavier Catholic College in 2025 and has spent her whole life in Albury and the surrounding areas with family. Tahlia aspires to bring a positive and happy energy into the workplace and enjoys having a good chat—especially if it’s about your pets!
With her past 4 years of experience working at Jindera Veterinary Clinic, Tahlia values communication and collaboration both within her work and outside.
Being in a positive and uplifting environment is something Tahlia values deeply, and working alongside such amazing people has made her beginning at Icaria Health a fantastic experience so far.
Outside of work, Tahlia enjoys going for walks, playing games with her three dogs, or swimming at the weir or river while spending time with friends.
