Laura McMillan

Occupational Therapist

Graduated with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy from Charles Sturt University in 2024 and joined Icaria Health in 2025 as part of their new graduate program.

Throughout her studies, she gained valuable experience in a range of settings, including school-based project, community health and rehab, and both paediatric and adult private practice.

With an extensive background in Early Childhood Education and Care settings, Laura is passionate about working with children and their families to foster happy, healthy and confident kids.

She is excited to build positive, collaborative relationships with her participants and their families while creating personalised therapy plans to achieve their goals. With her warm nature, creativity, and compassion, she brings a sense of fun and connection to her therapeutic work with families.

Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending time outdoors whether through biking or walking her Cavoodles. She loves quality time with family and friends and a good podcast or page turner.
